Freelance audio work

For the last 9 months or so, I have been tracking my freelance audio hours for Professional Development, and have racked up many hours to contribute to the work placement hour requirements.
The artists I have worked with are a mix of beginners, chart topping producers, and well respected DJ’s getting started in music production. Most of my work has been with electronic music, but I have also worked with bands, solo artists, and local rappers and also have experience working with indie labels.
My clients have gone on to release their music on platforms like Spotify and Beatport.
DOOF STUDIOS

During my volunteer role at Doof Studios, I helped people set up DJ equipment, gave people studio tours, and worked on the front desk. Despite only working a few shifts, I am now more confident with working with clients face to face and basic troubleshooting.

My time at Magic Box was short, but I learned a couple of valuable things from helping set up the studio, and shadowing in a jamming session. I was in charge of keeping the place tidy, organising guitar cables, and making beverages.
